Hi all, looking a bit of help or advice. My LO is 12 months old and I still breastfeed every morning. I haven't got my period back, for the past 2 months I've been cramping each month and big changes in CM. I don't want to completely stop bf but thinking I might have to in order to conceive 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈

No advice but didn’t want to read and run. My periods returned around the 12 month mark even though I was still breastfeeding and continued to do so until my DD was about 20 months. If you’re feeling crampy with CM changes maybe give it another month and see?

I conceived 4 weeks after completely stopping (was on the pill too but it must have been such a massive hormone shift!). For months before that he'd fed either once a day or once every couple of days.

Some people do have to stop completely.
