Pregnancy confusion

I went without periods for 7 years. Low mood and all and was told it was early menopause. Now apparently I am pregnant yet I am bleeding. Pregnancy suc had no embryo at last check up. Sexual urge is beyond comprehension. How does one deal with this madness????

Funny I do not even know because my last period was 7 years ago. But hospital estimates 5 weeks. I will confirm on Wednesday after scan.

Actually I am still shocked but what is amazing me most is the fact that when I was not pregnant I had no periods now I am or at least I have been told so and I am having them. Something is completely screwed with my biological system it seems to be functioning upside down. But thanks for the blessings
