First Gynaecologist appointment

Hi,
Myself and partner have been trying for a baby for just over 18 months. I have had a number of blood tests that show I am not ovulating and have been referred to the gynaecologist. I have also had an internal scan last December that came back all clear. My partner has had his SA and they came back ok except one which said that he had 1% above abnormal shape. I am just wondering what to expect as my partner cannot attend due to him being out of the country at the time of the appointment.
Any advise that would be great.
Thanks
