If my gestation date and likely OD were the same date at my 12 week scan (despite a slightly irregular cycle) is it likely this is when i conceived?

Would a test ordinarily show after 2-3 weeks from intercourse that led to pregnancy?

A test would normally show 2-3 weeks after conception but due date calculated from last period x

Was wondering if anyone could help me I'm struggling to pinpoint when I conceived I tested on the 4/10/2018 and got a 2-3 week result my lmp was the 4th September I am currently 11weeks pregnant I am definitely just been way extra as the gestational 2 week thing really confused me to the point where I am obsessed with how it actually works I got back with my partner in the 13th September and also I am very scared with this pregnancy having nightmares etc id just like to know when I conceived and be consistent in believing it *rolls eyes

My conscience is so heAvy right now I ask because I had sex with one person on the 22nd August even tho I had my period on the 4th September just before I got back with my partner it was stupid to do and led me into this turmoil I'm so all over the place I'm due on 11th June 2019

@Mommytobesoon if you had a period AFTER the first sex and it was a proper period then it can't really be his, but the only way to know the truth it to ask midwife to work out when you conceived. Otherwise a DNA test is around £99

@HJWT thank you for responding it's the actual thought of what iv done that's scaring me I wouldn't know where to start to explain and the conception calculator says I could of conceived from the 12/09/18 to 18/09/18 which is dates I was with my partner it was a silly drunken mistake and I've regretted it since I have my 1st scan next week and partner is so happy I couldn't imagine doing this to my family I'm an emotional wreck atm my period was September 4th but I just can't help overthink things all the time if I'm due on the 11th June that would make it my partners but I'm just dreading having to do a paternity test as it would ruin my family I'm going on but thank u for replying x
