I was on these threads a few months ago but found I was getting a bit obsessive so came off them-so some may recognise my username: I posted yesterday and I've done what I said I wouldn't! I'm away on a course until Friday and realised I'm 4 days late on AF.

I GENUINELY accidentally brought some tests with me (Asda) as they were hidden from prying eyes in our toiletry bag which I've brought with me.

I said I wouldn't poas until Friday when I got home but I've felt sick all day today...

I just peed and below is photo. It's Asda and I've read horror stories of false positives! Is this real?? Is this a positive-it's so faint!!

I'm now also panicking as I've had a kidney transplant and although green light from hospital team I just wondered if anyone post transplant on here has positives stories as reality is now sinking in!!

Didn’t even have to click on your photo to make it bigger as I could see the line straight away (and I can never see the line!) Congratulations!

morpurgo · 21/11/2018 17:13

I wouldn't say that that's faint at all! Congratulations!

mumofone25 · 21/11/2018 18:13

Strong second line! Congratulations ☺️

That's a strong line but I wouldn't get excited yet. A lady posted on here a few days ago with a near identical test and had a series of negative tests afterwards. Try and get a FRER. Fingers crossed Thanks

AstroKate · 21/11/2018 20:40

Thanks @TokenGinger I had read on another thread about a 'bad' batch of Asda tests which has got my quite nervous about this.

I am 5 days late and feel quite nauseous but also very aware of symptom spotting so hoping to confirm with a frer or other brand tomorrow...

I hope this is a true positive for you! X

Thanks @Wineandsleepplease and to others who commented.

This is our first time TTC and I can honestly say I feel something is different this month-bloated, heavy and nauseous.

I think I'm going to do a digital tomorrow-I know I should frer but I don't think DH will quite beloved it without the words. And I'm hoping the line is strong enough to show something.

JimandPam · 21/11/2018 20:51

Believe not beloved!

AstroKate · 22/11/2018 21:34

Thanks to all those who replied. I actually dashed home this evening and picked up a CB digital as wanted DH to see the words...and was desperately hoping not to have been duped by potential faulty Asda test.

Pleased to say it seems correct so now just hoping that all keeps going positively and no medical issues from transplant.

Thanks for your kind words Thanks
