Getting peak on fertility monitor how many days after would you baby dance?

Just that really, so far on third day of getting a high reading which we have been baby dancing, hopefully have a peak reading soon and just wondering how many days after a peak would you baby dance? I know it's good that you do on high and peak day's. X

I go with the SMEP methodology (google it if you’re not familiar!). It says every other day while you are getting “high” then 3 consecutive days from when you get “peak”, skip and day and then one more for luck!
