3 days late 3 day period?? Implantation bleed ??

So this month I was 3 days late for my period and im never late anyways it finally arrived on Friday morning but It wasnt heavy at all it was pretty light and it stooped through the night last night. My periods from starting have always been 5-7 days and quite heavy. Has any one had implantation bleeding and how heavy has it been xx

You could have just ovulated late which made your period come late. It seems a little late for implantation but suppose you wouldn't know if you don't know when you ovulated
