Severe pain coming off the pill

Hi all, I came off Noriday on Monday, the first day of my period. My period finished on Friday, but today I've had severe abdominal cramps and lower backache. Is this normal when coming off the pill? Could it just be withdrawal symptoms?

Everything and anything is normal when coming off the pill. If it carries on or is really excruciating, seek help.
