Pregnant on implant??

Hi guys,
So here goes... I'm on the implant, gave been for about 8 years (changing every 3), but over the last couple of weeks I haven't been feeling myself. Some days I'm fine others I feel like death.
I don't have any periods at all on implant, so can't look out for any changes.
Yesterday and today, I've noticed that I am constantly uncomfortable, bloated, so extremely tired despite sleeping for hours, and the nausea is unreal. I've also been getting shooting pains in my boobs, which aren't fun.
I am now worried that I might be pregnant. I know that implants are meant to be 99% functional, but I truly feel like something is going on, and I've noticed I'm so much more emotional.
My question is are my symptoms compatible with pregnancy? And also can I take a test with the implant in?
Any help would be appreciated, as never had this before and driving myself mad!
Thank you

Take a test. We don't know if you're pregnant. A test detects hcg which is only present during pregnancy.

Good luck!

I agree with pp - a pregnancy test will tell you what is happening. The hormones in the implant won't mask the results of the test - they are totally different. A positive pregnancy test is correct even if you have an implant in.
