When is time to POAS

After a suspected implantation bleed/spotting, what's a reasonable length of time before POAS/getting an accurate test result? Irregular AF's so no clue on dates really 🙃

It's about 14 days after you think you conceived. I think I had a implantation bleed 30th August got my bro with frer 6th Sept but
