7 days late, so far BFN (I have tried a few test, too many to admit to).

Not really any period symptoms, I usually get a single spot on the same part of my face and cramps two days before.

My breasts however, are slightly tender, heavy and I am lactating slightly (this is not uncommon for me, despite not having breastfeed for 5 years). However it usually only happens if I am particularly hormonal. So often around my period, although (and I may be imagining it out of hope) they feel different to usual pre-period tenderness.

I am about to bankrupt us taking tests and need to take my mind off it for a few days until I get my period or get a positive test. Which I have promised not to do now until the weekend...

Not really sure why I am posting, just really hope I am, but mostly desperate to know one way or another!

Late ovulation. You might want to think about going to the gp about your prolactin levels. This can mess with ovulation (and getting pregnant).
