So I caved and got an Ava bracelet, I was hoping to take the stress away from OPK's. As I was starting Ava 7 days into my cy le, I thought I would use up the last of the ovulation strips. I got a static smiley day 10, which was early for me, but Ava has predicted and said I ovulated on 3rd November based on a big temperature dip. I have no idea which is right as Ava is looking at pulse and basal body temp and that doesn't match with the positive OPK. thoughts? chart attached if anyone has any experience.
