Coming off pill

Hi, we are planning to start ttc soon and i have been told I would just need to come off my pill and after a week I would be good to conceive. If we did conceive how would I then know how far along I would be?

When are you planning to start TTC?
Just a word of warning, I came off the pill 2 months ago and still have not have my period return yet so you may want to come off now and use protection until you are ready to conceive to give your body time to get back to normal.

It's very normal to take a year to conceive. Some people will conceive before their first period when coming off the pill and others won't ovulate for awhile after if their body hasn't been ovulating on the pill (some pills stop this). So it might be really easy for you, but equally don't expect to conceive a week after the pill.
