progesterone cream?

Anyone tried this to lengthen LP? Seem to be able to buy natural progesterone online but I'm a bit wary. Also I'm pretty sure my mum uses this as HRT.

Am older (37) and wondering if progesterone levels are falling. Also am looking into increasing B6 (and B complex).

no .. my consultant said that progesterone suppositories are sometimes prescribed by other consultants but that she believed they didn't help and put me on clomid

B6 (100 - 200 mg) daily

Curmudgeonlett, were you prescribed clomid for LP probs or just as a starting point.

Bought a bumper jar of 100mg B6 (with B complex) as well as some Floravit as my iron levels are always on the low side.
