Officially 1dpo today - let the crazy begin.... who's joining me as we symptom spot like loons??

@esabel woo Hoo cycle buddies!! can you work out how many days post ovulation we are? I don’t know what day to start counting!!

I have no idea what to check for. I had ewcm last Fri sat and sun then mon it was like white milky discharge oppse to the other days it was clear. Only thing I have noticed today is my nipples are a little sensitive x

Does this mean I have ovulated?. Today its clear again but not as thick in consistancy

Sounds likely @Emmalouise5688 but unless you're temping it's only guess work. Ewcm is a good indicator that your body is gearing up to ovulate and after ovulation your Cm changes to white and milky x

Thank you just hope this time things work out had a chemical last month. Any paticular symtoms that really stood out for any of you?

@whyhaveidonethis is your cycle a 28 day cycle with a 14 day luteal phase? do you track on any apps? My cycle is usually 28 days and I know I ovulated on cycle day 14 (11/9) so based on that I am 5dpo (days past ovulation). Since every woman and cycle is different I can't tell you when you ovulated. Your best bet is to wait it out and see if you conceived this cycle. They'll be able to tell you from your ultrasound (if and when you decide to get one). If you didn't conceive this month, once AF arrives, you can start temping and tracking with OPKs. Hope that helps and good luck!

I’m 4 dpo and prodding boobs, gipping at toast smells, and checking my ovulation app 4 times a day to see if AF is any closer(it’s not - still 11 days off!) , or at least close enough to p on a FRER (still not!) .

I too have lost it.

I think I've convinced myself to do an IC in the morning at 7dpo. saving my 3 FRER's for Friday Saturday Sunday mornings.

@Esabel I am on my proper first cycle since I stopped the pill. Last Friday was cd14, so I’m not 100% sure of my dates. I’ve always been a 38 day cycleboff the pill so guessing it's the same now but obviously only time will tell

Ah ok. I went straight back to 32/33 day cycles when I came off the pill. Hope your cycles regulate straight away too x

7dpo today. Should I test?? I'm in 2 minds..... I feel like if it were to show on a test this early it would have to be a FRER but I don't want to waste one! Shall I use an IC which I know will be BFN realistically, do I use an FRER or do I wait til tomorrow?

So glad I found this thread I'm 8 dpo and desperately symptom spotting have a drawer full of ICs and debating when to start testing. Good luck everyone

I’m going to start testing at 8dpo which will be Saturday...although I think I’m already out.. lots of cramping.
Does anyone else google things like 7dpo and then click images to see how many people post pics of positive tests at 7dpo and what to expect...

Bfn this morning but expected with #1 I was a little caught out so didn't test till day before af due. Trying not to symptom spot as I'll end up driving myself crazy

No symptoms to report here. I'm going away for two nights and have packed some ICs even though I know they will be negative as its too early!! 😂

I've been cramping and spotting since yesterday...Today I'm 6dpo so I'll take a test on Monday. @whyhaveidonethis since it looks like we're on the same exact cycle, maybe we'll both get a BFP then? lol

Symtom spotting like a nutter here got very sore nipples and cramps anyone else?

So had hiccups earlier and I immediately Googled "hiccups 6dpo"...I'm loosing it lol

My symptoms at 7dpo are, sore boobs, bloated, v tired, dull af like cramps... I'm off work with a bad back at the moment so have been googling the shit out of everything 😂
