I had my BFP On Saturday along with stomach cramps.
I have in the last hour got awful cramps where I am curled up in bed in pain, I am slightly bleeding...only when I wipe, it was brown discharge at first. I will take this as a miscarriage.

How do I tell partner? How do I tell people who I told I was pregnant? Do we try again, I'll be so scared of TTC again :(

@maybe2018 I'm so sorry you're going through this. Can you ring your hospital's early pregnancy unit or your GP/hospitals out of hours for some support and advice?

I don't have any advice as I've just started TTC, but didn't want to read and run. Hopefully someone with more experience will be along soon.

I'm so sorry for what you are going through. Try to only worry about what's directly in front of you. Obviously you need to tell your partner but I wouldn't worry about other people for the time being. Same with trying again, get through this (if it is a miscarriage) and then make a decision around trying again. Give yourself time and be kind to yourself x

Hi op, I’m so sorry you are going through this. Agree that you should try and phone your EPu in the morning.

Hopefully you can tell your partner soon so that you can both support each other and I wouldn’t worry about anyone else just now. When you do tell others you might find it easier to text? That’s what I did, when I miscarried. My Dh made some phone calls to his family.

In terms of trying again you will be nervous and anxious, all understandable feelings. Just take your time and get through the next couple of days. It does get easier but it’s a hard thing to deal with. Hope you are as ok as you can be x
