Anyone had heavy implantation bleeding?

Hello ladies

So my period came on 26th October on time (28 day cycle) but this time it was heavier than normal but no clots, lasted 1 day and then nothing then 2 days later had a day of pink/brown spotting when I wiped but that’s it. A week later I tested but was a BFN. Since ovulation I’ve had mild aches and occasionally sharp ovary pains and this has just been continuous every day. My boobs have been itchy and sometimes I’ve had electric shooting pains in them but they hardly last. Also had terrible headaches.

I’m assuming I’m having a weird cycle, booked into see doctor as unsure what it is but has anyone had these symptoms and been pregnant or found out it’s something else?

My implantation bleed was the opposite to what you describe - it was lighter than usual but went on for much longer. I thought it was just a weird period.

I would guess that if it was particularly heavy it is unlikely to be implantation though?

I think it probably wasn’t implantation but the mild aches and sharp ovary pains everyday is a little concerning. Have booked doctors so will see what they say as I normally get pains just before AF and around ov but this is constant but not quite the same.
