Two Week Wait Symptoms

Those of you who are pregnant / have been pregnant, what were your symptoms during the TWW and how early did they start?
We are TTC number 2, my first was born over 6 years ago so I can’t remember back that far!
I had an early miscarriage back in August, and I did have similar symptoms before I found out that I was pregnant.
I’m 7DPO, having cramping in lower abdomen, dizzy spells, absolutely ravenous but have occasional waves of nausea, tender breasts, constipation yesterday and really bad stinky farts (sorry TMI!!! )
I know that there’s more chance of me not being pregnant, but I’m interested to know what your symptoms were and how soon you felt them! Just to keep me sane until I can test next week

I think most don’t get symptoms! Lol. However, I guess they are like the normal PMS symptoms you get. With my first I remember specifically thinking PMS symptoms before my period. I am clock work and was so sure I was getting my period, that when I landed in my home country, I made sure to stop by grocery on way home to pick up some pads! However, when my period didn’t come the next day I thought maybe I miscalculated and off by a day. And then another day passed so I thought perhaps travel messed up my cycle. I waited an entire week to test.
By then hormone was so strong it went positive literally while I was peeing on the stick! Lol.

My symptoms were the same as before AF with the addition of a bit of nausea 8DPO, pink spotting (when I wiped) 9DPO and a metallic taste in my mouth 10DPO (although I haven’t had that again). Got faint positive 10DPO. Supersonic Headache, tender boobs, sentisive nipples and slight afternoon nausea 11 and 12 DPO.

HSapr, I always wonder how many women get pink spotting early pregnancy. Do you normally spot before periods? I now experience the dreaded spotting. I assume its just my normal spotting before period. But have the tiniest hope that it could be implantation bleeding. But I know that is wishful thinking, as I normally spot. Its barely there and only when I wipe. How long did your spotting last?

I do usually spot for the first couple of days of my period, and last month my body randomly decided to make that happen about 6 days before I was due AF for the first time ever so obviously I thought that could be a symptom, but it wasn’t! This time, the spotting was very light pink and watery and probably occurred about 3 or 4 times after going for a pee only when I wiped and a small amount, the last wipe was darker and more like brown CM (tmi) and then that was that. It was that that made me do a test as I had read so many times that light pink was a sign of implantation and I had never had that before x

No symptoms at all in the 2ww - pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, tiredness etc have always kicked off around 6 weeks for me. Generally if symptoms you are experiencing are due to pregnancy (rather than pms) you will have enough hcg in your system to get a positive pregnancy test...

My only symptoms, and this I realised after I got my BFP, was constipation and extreme tiredness. I thought I was just a bit sleepy, lol. But otherwise absolutely no symptoms that I would have noticed. Didn’t even get nausea until about 11/12 weeks.

Ttc baby number 2 here. 1st cycle so not trying to get my hopes up too much but I have had cramping, constipation, excessive thirst and peeing and tingly nipples (same feeling you get before let down) so I had a closer look and I was leaking out what I assume is colostrum? Is that a thing? Never had this before.

@27evenyearsyoung how strange! Not heard of that before but sounds promising! Fingers crossed

Ohh let's see. I have little cramps after orgasm (sorry if TMI) and I get really thirsty. Sore boobs too usually. CM usually dries up as normal before AF. I'm 9dpo ish at the minute and am interested to see if I have conceived this month as I have a face full of spots which I haven't had since DS was born. I also get the pregnancy smell down there sometimes when I have conceived. If you know it, you know.

I’m now 12 DPO (period not due until another 4/5 days). Just used a FRER at FMU and I can see a very very very faint second line
Will keep testing every day until it’s stronger. I’m worried though as I miscarried at 5 weeks back in August. Then had to wait 11 weeks for periods to return. Praying this one sticks if the test is correct and I really am pregnant!

@Pitterpatter01 congrats to you! It is such a scary but exciting time, with my first the 1st trimester was a real rollercoaster of emotions. Keeping everything crossed for you

@Pitterpatter01 I def see a line, it's faint but it's there. HCG will double every couple of days though so don't panic if you test again tomorrow and it is no darker yet.

Thank you, I'm feeling really crampy today and nipples leaked slightly last night. Any other time I would be seeing the GP about random leaky nips 🤣😂 but for now I will cling to this symptom with some hope haha x

@27evenyearsyoung ah ok, thanks for that. I have a cheap test which I will do tomorrow but save the other more expensive FRER for the next day! I will probably end up testing every day because I’m that paranoid! Surely you will get your BFP, I’m not sure why you would have leaky boobs if you’re not!! Please keep us updated!

Have tested again at 14DPO, the line has got darker

I usually have a 28/29 day cycle. I'm now on CD 30- still getting BFN on my pink dye tests.
I'm not sure when ovulated- usually around CD15/16
I was so convinced I might be pregnant this month because of unusually cramping. So disappointed by BFNs.
Am I definitely out? What's the latest I should see a BFP? X

@bonfirelatte you’re not out until AF shows up!! Have you tried a FRER test?

@bonfirelatte agree with @Pitterpatter01 can't rule it out unless AF arrives.

@27evenyearsyoung thank you, due date will be around 24th July which is really weird as that was the exact due date of my DS (he was born 31st May though!). Any updates from you?

@bonfirelatte is there blood or just normal AF pains?

@27evenyearsyoung there is a very light amount of blood when I wipe (sorry for TMI), nothing on the pad yet. It'll surely start properly later on, of course my mind keeps saying 'what if'!! As soon as it starts properly I'll move on and concentrate on the next cycle.

Apart from feeling very worried, I have started to feel sick, really sore boobs, tired and had weird dreams last night!
