Hey lovely's!!

Just wondered what app people found the best to use, particularly those with irregular periods!

I need to find something to help me track my ovulation and temps etc!

Thanks in advance xo

No one can predict the unpredictable... predictions are only as good as your data. Why don't you try a few apps to see what works for you? Flow and ovia seem popular enough. Fertility friends is good for tracking bbt.

I don't have PCOS but I track my periods with Flo. It's been great. I don't know how it is with hugely irregular cycles if you are ttc. It does try to predict your ovulation dates based on your cycle whether it's 28 or 35 days.

You log your period dates and your symptoms. Even through the month you can log how you're feeling, (tmi) your discharge consistency, your weight, water intake and sleep. All of that goes into predicting when you'll probably have your next period and when you're most likely ovulating.

Try it and see I guess? See if it works for you 😊 tis very user friendly! 😊

I used clue in conjunction with opk sticks to work out my cycle. Wasn't massively irregular but can be out by a couple of days.
