OPK and Temping for dummies

Gooooood morning!!

I need some help, we'll a crash course in OPK's and Temping!

I'm completely clueless!! And I can't just keep guessing that I have ovulated! Because I'm useless at that too! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'd suggest downloading the Fertility Friend app, then you take your temp as soon as you wake up. You'll need a particular type of thermometer (search 'bbt thermometer' on Amazon). Start using OPKs (again get from Amazon) from about day 8. I usually test around 11am and again at 2pm until I get a positive result. It's all actually really simple once you get going. The main thing is take your temp as soon as you wake up, even before you get out of bed. Good luck :)
