Thanks @KinCat . I ovulate quite late in my cycle (last month it was cd23) so I'm quite excited to see I might be ovulating earlier this month (I'm cd16 today) I took Angus castus for the first 14 days of this cycle in hopes of bringing ovulation forward and lengthening my luteal phase - looks like it may have worked!
