Slow rise or anovulatory - ovusense chart

Hi all,

Last month I ovulated on day 23 - my temps were generally higher than this month. This is only cycle 2 of using ovusense.

I've attached my chart for this month and there appear to be a few jumps in temp but ovusense is apparently not great at picking up slow rise ovulation. I guess I'm wondering how you differentiate between a slow rise cycle and an anovulatory cycle?

Apparently a slow rise cycle is a sign of low progesterone which I have lots of symptoms of - has anyone had luck in discussing this with a GP without them telling you to just wait and see what happens?

We are TTC #1 after a MMC in May, so I've obviously ovulated and been fertile at some point in the past (and conception around day 23 would make sense given my previous dates).

Are you using OPKs as well? I also experienced a slow rise (And then an odd dip) - this month got my bfp - as I also have low progesterone. The only way I could gauge ovulation was OPKs and CM. My chart below.

I don't really use opks as I end up peeing on about 12 a day - but I did use one on day 22 and it wasn't a positive but there was a definite line, I know this isn't how they work, but I also did one a few days later and there was nothing so I've potentially missed a surge if there was one, other tests I've done have never even had the hint of a line so it suggests there was more LH in my system at that point (sorry for the babble, I hope it makes sense)! I also had ewcm but didn't chart this.

Congrats on your bfp, have you had any advice about your low progesterone?

This was today... Am I right in thinking that the line wouldn't be progressing upwards and would be more stable if I hadn't ovulated? I thought ovusense would take the stress out of things but apparently not...!

Hi @Justincase87
I was wondering how you got on? I'm thinking of buying Ovusense and came across your post.

I got pregnant this cycle! I've attached my chart as it looked finally - I can't have ovulated the day I said, but I had ovulated on day 23 the month before which looks like when I concieved this time - I don't think it's as accurate as it says, but I would use it again with a bit of knowledge behind me about how cycles work

Thank you for responding @Justincase87 and huge congratulations. Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.
I think I'll give Ovusense a try.
