I had alot of cm when pregnant. My first signs before test were a mild pain in my lower back cramping that felt like a period coming and alot of cm. But when you ovulate you can get alot of sretchy cm too so im not sure which it could be.

Im sure u are fed up not knowing at this point. Hope all goes well!! x

Could be a symptom of pregnancy, or if ovulation. Are you able to try OPKs or FRER tests?

magicalbaby22 · 03/11/2018 22:16

@magicalbaby22 - do you know you've definitely been ovulating? I think generally if you ovulate, you have a period, which would imply this might be your first ovulation (I'm no doctor, of course). But hopefully good news if it is! After I had implant out it took a while to ovulate, then I got pregnant within two cycles. My friend with PCOS didn't ovulate or have AF, then took clomid and got pregnant straight away. FX something similar for you!

I used OPKs and tracked bbt and CM. The three together make it fairly concrete when ovulation happens. Good to pair with an App - I used Ovia but a lot of people recommend Fertility friend.

But why not take a pregnancy test too, just in case!

magicalbaby22 · 03/11/2018 22:40

Im not sure ive just been told to wait for my period to return but been told they is still chance i can get pregnant and yes herd alot of good things about clomid and will deffo be talking to my doctor about it as 8 1/2 month is concerning !! Make me feel so down as if something is wrong :(!! I will take a test around 15th to give my body time for positive results and do my best to push my doctor into prescribing clomid X

Make a note of when you had your symptoms - especially CM. It sounds like something's going on. Fx it means you're ovulating, and if so you might get AF in two weeks time.

Might be worth tracking bbt as although that only really indicates ovulation after the fact, it might help you get a handle on your cycles.

magicalbaby22 · 03/11/2018 23:40

Yes deffo!! I will keep you updates on this post thankyou so much !! X

Sorry to hear you've gone so long without a period! That must be very tough :(

This change could be a sign of things moving in the right direction and might mean you've ovulated? If you're having nausea too might be worth just doing a pregnancy test too? You can get loads of cheap ones from Amazon.

Also, push your doctor to do tests/do something to help! We are in Nov now, so that's almost 10 months without a bleed? They surely need to look into it!

Best of luck Flowers
