13 months no period and TTC

Hi everyone - I’m totally new here! I came off the pill last year in October and my periods aren’t back. I had one very very light ‘period’ in Jan or so and then one that felt more normal a couple of months ago. I’ve had my bloods done and an ultrasound and all came back clear. I’m so frustrated - I can’t quite figure out what to do. I wondered if anyone had any experience of this?

When I came off the pill I had 2 or 3 periods (with long cycles) and then nothing for about 7-8 months. Had a bunch of tests done and all came back fine. Then my periods suddenly restarted again and I fell pregnant first cycle of trying. Figured that perhaps the lack of periods was due to stress as we moved countries during that time. Yes I keep being told I should ‘relax’ and be patient.... easier said than done!!!
