Has anyone conceived when DTD on the day of/day after ovulation?

DP and I are TTC but he was working away this month, so we only managed to DTD the day I ovulated and the days after.

Has anyone got pregnant having sex on the day of or after ovulation rather than the days beforehand?

Yes. 2 days after ovulation

No idea as we dtd left right and centre the month we got out bfp but everything I've read suggests this is possible!

I’m interested in this as well, as we dtd on suspected ovulation day. But I’m not sure as with clear blue opk it picks up the peak and that means you will ovulate I think within 12-24 hours. So we had the peak and dtd the next day.

Yea, but the question here is if dtd on the day or day after is enough time for conception to take place. Will the sperm meet the egg in time?

Sperm live for 3 days and your egg hangs around for a week.

Egg only lasts 12-24 hours if sperm doesn’t meet the egg.

That's not true florence. Sperm live for 5-7 days maximum and an egg probably isn't much use after 24hrs.
