Endometriosis?

Having lost a pregnancy at 14 weeks at age 44 I've kind of lost hope and yet my periods are still regular and I think I'm ovulating.

I'm now 46.

I know this is a long shot. Since my pregnancy loss 2 years ago my periods are heavier and full of thick black clots. I also suffer pelvic pain right through my cycle. I realise that chance of pregnancy is zero bit isnit worth exploring the possibility of endometriosis? I now go through a. Super plus tampon in less than two hours and my period bleed is just ful if big black clots. Advice appreciated thank you

Also no doctor takes me seriously when I say I'm still ttc so no tests - nothing.

It sounds like it could be endometriosis. Maybe ask them to investigate that?
