Hi ladies, I've been ttc #2 for a year this month and having so many symptoms I havnt had before. AF is due either tomorrow or Friday for me and since I couldn't wait any more I just ended up doing a test on a spare SuperDrug test I had..I knew it was stupid because it wasn't FMU and the tests sensitivity is only 20mu but I couldn't help myself!

ANYWAYS I ended up getting a very clear evap line during the 3 mins and now I'm confused!! I did the same test about a week ago and there was no evap nothing at all.
I still have my last FRER left which I'm saving for possibly tomorrow morning!

Here it is attached, what do you think ladies? Anyone had this within the time period? Ive done google searches and whoever posted about this ended up getting a BFP so I'm cautiously optimistic....

Evap line within the time limit?

Do you have a pic of it after it’s dried?

pinkstar01 · 31/10/2018 12:58

@Smoresleepplease it's gone now, completely :/ just looks like a regular BFN.
But I'm confused because the other test from the same packet didn't do this and I've never had an indent show up on any test before so I was wondering if it's foreshadowing a BFP or something.
I guess I'll find out using the frer, hoping I can stay patient and wait till tomorrow morning!

Sorry I would say that's negative!

Fingers crossed you get your BFP soon

I’ve had this happen, where you can see the line asthe dye passes over where a line would be. Try again in the morning x

TheDayMyButtWentPsycho · 31/10/2018 20:16

That's not an evap line, that's just dye run and flooding.

MonkeyToucher · 01/11/2018 07:32

That test is flooded, sorry. TMI but did you wee straight onto it? I never managed to get the hang of doing it that way and flooded dozens of tests- weeing into a pot and dipping the test is way more accurate!

pinkstar01 · 01/11/2018 08:54

@MonkeyToucher nope it was in a cup! I always pee in a cup first, and it never happened before..but like PP are saying it was probably some dye run thing :/ dunno what's going on! I'm due AF today/tomorrow so guess I'll see what happens
