I feel like I ovulated and had EWCM but no temp spike?

Hi ladies,

I'm so sure I ovulated on the 24th as I had cramping for a couple of days as usual and one massive amount of EWCM.

I don't get much of a warning ovulation is coming.. I have PCOS too but I've been getting acupuncture.

I recently got ovusense and it's been using it religiously, my temp has spiked once but a while before I thought I ovulated.

Can you ovulate and get a BFP without a huge temp change?

If I go with my gut I'm 6dpo and I've had pink spotting when wiping and a tiny amount of dark stringy blood.

Also DTD on 19th, 22nd, 24th!

On each day you take your temp, an open circle indicates you took your temp at a different time, and thus, the data may be inaccurate.

If you're using ovusense you shouldn't put the data into another app as ovusense uses an algorithm to calculate it so the temps are just a figure rather than being what they base their calculation on - from what I know your body can gear up to ovulate but not quite get to that point... PCOS is shit...!

Judging by your chart, I don’t think you’ve ovulated yet either. Sorry.

@physicskate I have been using ovusense so have been removing the sensor at the same time each morning when I wake up. Just haven't added my temps to FF until later in the day.

I didn't realise I couldn't add my temps to other apps 🙈

I'm so confused as in the last two days I've had a tiny bit of pink spotting and now brown spotting and a lot of cramps! It sounds like implantation but I can't see how I can have ovulated...

I'm only on CD 26 and I'm usually at least 35 days..

My room is super cold overnight but I dunno if that makes any difference. I have desperately googled 'BFP with no temp rise' and apparently there have been cases of this.

Only time will tell, think I'm just hoping for a miracle

Update...

I used an oral thermometer (natural cycles one so made for bbt tracking) and my temp was between 36.63 and 36.78 (I did it a few times to be safe as I was shocked)

Still spotting. Cd 28.

Was that first thing this morning OP?

I’ve been temping for years and I still find it hard to lie as still as possible, reach for my thermometer & get the job done!

My temp rise is in the 36.60 zone. Pre ov is usually 36.30-45 post ov is usually 36.55-65
