I don't want to be called all the names under the sun I just want everyone else's opinion. I had sex on the 11th may with a friend. (Mistake) my partner knows and I had my reasons. My scan is dated from the 12th may I had a period on the 16th may -19th and apparently conception would of happened around 25th may the midwife told me that conception would of been likely from 25th may - June 8th I also had the morning after pill after the guy on the 11th is there any chance my baby is his or is it 100 percent my partners and my partner knows about it all and the dates and everything going on and believes baby is his I'm just worrying probably for nothing ( slept with my partner 3 days after guy on 11th and then ever since a few times a week )

Considering the fact you had the morning after pill and the midwife gave you later conception dates, I'd say it's very unlikely. I suppose the only way you will get an 100% answer is if you do a DNA test when the baby is born.

It sounds very much like it's your partner's. If you have had scans and then have said "your baby is measuring at 12 wks" is rely on that and count back your 12 wks and see.
If you had a period in between I really think it is your DPs.
