I normally have regular cycles even though I've got PCOS. I had a chemical pregnancy in July, the cycle after that was a couple of days shorter than usual and I'm not sure if I ovulated.
Now I'm on CD77 of this cycle. Twice now, my temp has gone up like I've ovulated and FF has given me crosshairs, only for it to drop down again at what would be 8/9DPO but no AF follows. I've also tested and definitely not pregnant.
Any idea what else could cause the temp rises if it's not the progesterone from ovulation? I use an Ava bracelet to chart my temps so they're more accurate than BBT would be.
