I'm 26 an have been trying to conceive for 6 months now
I went to my doctor for testing and she wants me to come back in on day 21 of my cycle for more tests because she said my ovarian reserve test came back as borderline.
I have endometriosis they confirmed while doing an appendectomy (severe scar tissue in abdomen plus symptoms of extreme pain during menstrual cycle, GI issues, etc )
For 3 months I've been using clear blue ovulation test to track my ovulation
I've been taking prenatal vitamins

All this being said, I'm really concerned I won't be able to conceive. Anyone else in a similar circumstance or have any insight or tips?

Yes. You need to become your own advocate. Not everyone's 'borderline' is the same. Get to know your levels and what they mean. Did you just have amh done? Why not fsh and an Amtrak follicle count too? All together, they will give you a better idea of ovarian reserve.

The blood tests are actually most helpful in determining how you'll respond to fertility (ivf type) drugs. But you're a long way off from that yet...

Do your research. Educate yourself about the tests and the options.
