Implantation dip 5DPO possible ?

Currently on second cycle of OvuSense, been ttc for 4 years this is my longest ever cycle ever I’m normally about 32 days, ovulated on the 18th October according to OvuSense but had a temp dip this morning, am I out or could this be implantation dip ? Only first cycle temping so any advice would be great ✨🤞🏽

Implantation dip is a myth. It's caused by a small surge in oestrogen that often happens sometime after ov.

Op, sorry to hear you're having a tough time. Looking at this chart, I wouldn't say that's a dip at all. Lots of factors can affect BBT - mines all over the place (see below - mine's bonkers). I've been tracking bbt but may stop as it's so influenced by environment and I'm a very restless sleeper if my Fitbit is anything to go on.

@RMarieClaire you can use the testing hb feature on Fitbit to track ov. I don't have a Fitbit so can't tell you how to use the feature... but resting hb increases after ov.
