12dpo - could this pain be implantation?

I'm 12dpo , I've taken tests today and keep thinking I see v v faint positives but I'm just not sure

Today I've also had cramps and was thinking AF was on the way. But this evening the cramps have all been on the left side, it feels strange almost like it's my hip ! Could it be implantation ? Or is it more likely to be AF on the way ?
