White bumps on nipples

I am on cycle day 20 and have sore breasts, white bump things around my nipples and also slight stinging/burning sensation in my nipples. Haven't had sex since cd 6 though. Could I be pregnant or could it be pmt?

The white bumps were my first symptom at around 7 dpo. I got my BFP yesterday.

Is it possible to get pregnant as early in cycle as that? I had only just finished period? Thanks ladies will do a test
