I did opks from last week to this Monday all negative, I had some ewcm Tuesday and did an opk Thursday and it was two strong positive lines, we've dtd all this week and last week,
However I tested with opks this morning and late last night and opks back to being negative. I don't track bbt but would I of been ovulating yesterday or today?.
I know no one Is a mind reader but would just like a few answers.
I also had extreme cramps like i usually do around ovulation all yesterday and Wednesday. Today I feel fine and my CM has dried back up X

Positive OPK means you’re due to ovulate in next 12-36 hours. So in theory could have been yesterday or today. Sorry I know that’s not much help x

Sorry bit confused . was your positive opk yesterday (Thursday?)
Usually you ovulate 12-24 hours after the positive opk, so if you're positive was yesterday I'd have thought you'd have ovulated last night or today ?

@ReginaPhalange89 join me in being confused too! The positive opk was around 4pm yesterday's however that was the first one I did since Monday morning and was positive, by 11pm last night it was negative ( I did 3 from 4pm-5pm. All positive) done another when home and today and they are back to negative so because I never tested from Monday-thurs 4pm. I have no idea when I would of ovulated. I had a miscarriage in September and the day I had the painful cramps like yesterday was when I ovulated so I assume that i did ovulate yesterday instead of today? I feel fine today and cm has dried up since yesterday back to creamy sticky. X

Hmm well I'd say if you had the positive at 4pm yoy probably ovulated today ! If you've been having sex all week sounds like you've a good chance !

TwittleBee · 19/10/2018 18:43

OPKs change from negative to positive and then negative again so super quickly for some people!

To give an idea, here is an image of my OPKs all taken in the same 24 hours

As others have said, a positive indicates a surge in LH which then means ovulation between 12 to 36 hours later. So you probably ovulating today

Yeah definitely! Esepcially if you had sex yesterday. You ideally want the sperm to be there waiting before you ovulate so that sounds ideal . Sperm can live for 5 days so there should definitely be some there for the egg

TwittleBee · 19/10/2018 19:03

Yup exactly what ReginaPhalange89 said! FX 🙂

anitagreen · 19/10/2018 19:37

Yeah if I were you I'd probably could tomorrow as 1dpo assuming you ovulate today !

anitagreen · 19/10/2018 20:03

I hope this one sticks I never did no tracking or anything with my other two but this will be my third and it's been really hard to actually get pregnant x
