Confusing at the doctors...help

I went to the doctors today fully expecting to be fobbed off...

Explained to her I have mid cycle bleeds/ 2 weekly cycles. And have been TTC for 18 months or so. The doctors sent me for some bloods and a scan and booked me in to see a nurse and to see her again in 2 weeks. But didn’t explain why or what she thought the problem was. I know I should have asked but I was in a little shock they were prepared to do anything as usually they say come back in a few months if no better or offer me the mini pill to try and regulate my cycle but it would put off TTC for 6 months. I’ve attached pictures of the tests I’ve had. Has anyone had these test at what were the results? I’ve tried to google but I rather hear from others? Thanks :)

I had a similar experience, they found a cyst during the ultrasound and said it would go away on its own. I assume it did as I no longer have mid-cycle bleeding!
But yeah, I definitely felt like things weren't explained to me.

Oh and the bloods picked up a B12 deficiency, I get injections for that now and I think that also helped.
Hope you get to the bottom of everything 💕

Thankyou for replying, I hope they do because I just want it fixed whatever it is without having to go on the mini pill the scan isn’t for a few weeks but should have the bloods back soon so we will see! Xx

Fsh and lh need to be taken day 2-5 of your cycle and are not meaningful outside that window.

Physicskate I had LH/FSH checked outside of those days - hadn't had a period for months by then - and was told the ratio between them was suggestive of PCOS (which was later confirmed) so they might still get information from it

@physickate I’m within that window x
