Ear infection whilst ttc.... af due in around 5 days...

So we've been ttc since July. I've now come down with an ear infection and been prescribed otomize ear spray to help.
I'm worried because af is due in 5 days (waiting till then to do a first response) and on the little booklet you get with the spray it says not to be used if pregnant or trying!!! Any advice?! Has anyone used it whilst pregnant etc?

Thanks @welshsoph. Here's to hoping for a BFP then!! I've never in my life had an ear infection or anything never had to use antibiotics either so maybe it's a good sign in a bizarre way. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy xx
