Can I still be pregnant even after I got my period?

Here's the details, I came of the pill in June (5 months ago) after being on it for 6 years and have had completely regular periods until this month. I was 6 days late for my period, I took a pregnancy test at 2 days late and it came back negative, then at 4 and 5 days late I got such a light amount of blood on my tissue it's taken me ages to realise that was actually blood. I took another pregnancy test at 5 days and it came back negative and then I got my period on day 6. It lasted 6 days and was pretty standard as far as periods go, then two days after I finished it I got more period cramps and had two days of lightish bleeding again? (Unsure of whether this was still the period or if it was spotting). Then a day of nothing and then another day of super light, barely there blood on tissue. I've never had a period as strange as this before for as long as I can remember and I know coming off the pill can mess with your body but surely after 5 months it would've sorted itself out?
I took a photo of my belly at {potential} 4 weeks just to compare and then again at {potential} 6 weeks and it does look bigger now but that could be down to eating a big meal or something. I felt sick last night and haven't felt great today but that could've been due to me eating some strawberries that were on the verge of going off. My boobs aren't hurting at all but I am getting more spots than usual (and I never usually get them unless it's right before my period but right now I have 3 at the same time?). I also feel like I didn't really get any PMS symptoms this month but last night I felt like crying randomly?

For any of the main symptoms I'm getting there always seems to be an alternative explanation to what caused it, I just want to any suggestions for what this could be because constantly buying pregnancy tests is super inconvenient and I'd rather be sure before I take one again.
