BBT charting - and progesterone tests

Hi, just wondering if anyone charts and gets a clear rise after ovulation, but their progesterone tests say they are not ovulating? I have done blood tests 7 days before AF but have a result of 20, so not ovulating according to my gynaecologist. I thought my charts looked ok though (average of five months plus current month attached). Slightly rocky but I'm not consistent with timings.

Anyone had a similar result or have any insight?

Thanks!

I just googled day 21 progesterone levels range and apparently the normal range is 10-20ng/ml so not sure why your doctor thinks that a result of "20" (presumably 20ng/ml?) means you aren't ovulating.

It would be unusual to get a temp shift without ovulation because it's ovulation (and increasing progesterone) that causes the temp shift. Do you have other ovulation signs e.g. fertile cervical mucus, positive opks? Your chart definitely looks biphasic to me.

Thanks @KinCat - the clinic told me it had to be over 30 to confirm ovulation, but reading around a bit more, it seems it can be lower and you can still ovulate. However, a biphasic chart is a really good sign of ovulation, so I must be doing ok. Thanks for your help!
