BBT rise CD7

My BBT seems to have risen the day after AF stopped, CD7. It's then stayed high (36.50) for the past 4 days.
I'm not pregnant and I doubt it would be ovulation so early.
Has anyone else experienced high BBT straight after AF?

BBT usually dips for AF, so normal it should go up afterwards I think. How long have you been recording BBT for? My range usually goes up a bit more than yours - from the 95s to the 97s - but everyone is different of course.

I have been temping for a couple of cycles and always seen a lower BBT after AF, usually around 36.3
I'll see what happens over the next few days.
