Anyone had a Septum Resection following recurrent mmcs

I am 35 and have been a lurker on mn for a while now. I have had 3 mmcs in the last 18 months, 2 @ 8wks and 1 @ 10 wks with heartbeat seen .

I have had various blood tests etc and all came back clear, was then sent for hysteroscopy and a septum was found. I am going to hospital in 2 wks to have this removed.

Has anyone had this done and gone on to have a full term preganancy.
