Hi everyone after some advice please. I had a MMC in July. Had my first AF after that in September. Started getting symptoms close to date my next period was due. One of which was a really strong metallic taste in the mouth that was so strong and I had it with last pregnancy. Extremely heavy boobs and generally just feeling tired. Anyway period came at beginning of October 4 days early and was 4 days long. That metallic taste has dissapeared now. I never tested which I’m glad I didn’t but I feel that may of been a chemical pregnancy. I don’t know much about them but slightly worried that I should get checked out although I feel fine? Or could the symptoms including the metallic taste just by my hormones readjusting after MMC.

Could definitely be from your mmc.

Personally, I wouldn't claim a miscarriage without conclusive evidence. Symptoms are so so variable and could be from anything.

Don't give yourself a harder time than you need...

Chemicals only VERY rarely require any intervention, IF ( and that's a very big if) it was one...

Thank you so much for your advice. Much appreciated and I understand a bit better now. I think my mind ran away with me a bit.

I agree with physicskate. If you didn't see a positive test then it wasn't a miscarriage. More likely residual hormones from the MMC.
