When to start counting days past ovulation

Just wondering when to you start counting days past ovulation? I got my first peak on the clear blue monitor on Monday 8th of October and a peak the following day and the next day went back to high which was the last day of testing. Thank you. Xx

I think it really varies from woman to woman. Most would ovulate within 12-48 hours of their LH surge starting though.

Based on my own cycle, if I'd got that OPK data I'd expect to ovulate on the Wednesday (i.e. two days after the LH surge starts). You can only confirm it with a post ovulation temperature rise though.

Thank you @kincat I don't confirm with temperature. I know it says once you get your peak on the monitor with the LH surge this is prior 24 to 36 hours to ovulation. X
