So, me and my partner are now going to start TTC.

We don't see each other as much as we would like as he is in the military. I am worried he will miss me ovulating.

We have had 2 miscarriages in 2 years. We have an 7 year old son already. We are more than ready to try.

I would like to know some personal tips on TTC. I have bought both pregnacare and seven seas...not sure which one to try first! I have been recommended almond/soya milk(atleast a pint a day)
Do any of you lovely ladies have some tips on getting yourself ready for conceiving? Obviously he is going to come home as much as he can!

I've already bought ovulation strips.
Can I take any other vitamins with the pregnacare/seven seas?

Would love to know you're tips xxxxxx

Be careful with soy - there are things in it chemically similar to oestrogen and it can disrupt your cycles if taken in large quantities.

Good luck. Ttc is shit in the most ideal circumstances!! Very sorry for your losses...

Concieve plus fertility gel. Not to be used in advance but I am 90% sure this is what helped me after ttc for nearly a year x

I conceived when I started exercising and went from upper end of healthy bmi to middle range. I used the Clearblue ovulation tests and found them much easier to deal with than the cheap strips. My husband works away, although probably not as much as yours, and it was stressful knowing he would be away and miss ovulation.

Good luck
