Agnus castus (vitex) to regulate periods?

Hey. I started taking AC about 5 days ago and im just wondering ladies that have taken it to regulate periods how long did I take for ou to get a period and how long was AF missing thanks :)

Well I'm considering it to help me conceive as ttcing for as long as time now. I however have pretty "normal" cycles so eagerly anticipating replies good luck! X

I didn't take AC but have very irregular cycles- 40-130 days or so. When TTC DS I went to a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner (acupuncture did nothing for me) and drinking the herb tea they gave me regulated my cycles to a more regular 36-44 days, much more workable! Good luck!

Owl iv heard that if your pewriods are rgular it can mess then up so be careful.
