I’m 19 days late and have tested using FR and then strip pregnancy tests and all have come back negative ? Any advice really appreciated☺️

Do you know when/if you ovulated?

If you're 19 days late and not showing a positive pregnancy test you should go see a doctor as your luteal phase definitely shouldn't last that long.

I really don’t know , I’m so confused and can’t get appointment until next week!! Just starting to worry if there’s something wrong with me😩

It's likely an anovulatory cycle or super late ovulation. Neither of these is 'concerning' or indicative of a problem - quite normal in a time before hormonal birth control!!

Of course there are other things that could cause this - coming off birth control in the last year, ovarian cyst, perimenopause to name a few...

Normally advice is to see a gp if you've missed a second period.

So I should rule out pregnancy ?

Pregnancy can't be ruled out if you have had unprotected sex in the last three weeks or so... but I'd call it more likely to be something like an anovulatory cycle...
