Anyone had a light AF and were actually pregnant

Hi just started cycle 8 of ttc #2 and think I am actually going crazy!!
Just had an unusually light AF. Slightly shorter and much less blood loss than usual but still red blood.
Only spotting today but really bloated and slightly achy boobs (but that could be in my head?!)
I track cm and had plenty of ewcm this month so fairly sure I ovulated.
Am I wasting my time doing a hpt tomorrow?

I didn’t find out I was pregnant until I was 8 weeks because I had a “period”. I only found it strange as it continued long past my normal 5 day cycle. I’d take the test just to put your mind at ease one way or the other.

Exactly the same as the pp. It was lighter than my normal period but lasted over a week (it’s normally 5-6 days). I didn’t find out until the next month when my period never arrived and I was already 8 weeks by then!

It happened to me. Way too much for an implantation bleed I thought, way too little for my period. It wasn't till a few days later when I was singing along to Papa Don't Preach that it suddenly clicked and I went and got a test.

I tested and BFN. Still really bloated though...
