TTC after late miscarriage

Is anyone else TTC after a late miscarriage? We lost our beautiful little girl at 23 weeks earlier this year which was devastating.

Would love to hear from anyone who is going through the same thing or any positive stories of successes after such painful loss...

We lost our first daughter at 20 weeks. Losing her was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. Deciding to try again and actually becoming pregnant again was rough. I worried about everything. I didn't enjoy being pregnant at all, it was an endurance test that I just wanted to get to the end of. But I did and our second daughter turns 2 next month.

Thank you so much for your reply. It is both heartbreaking and reassuring to hear that other people have been through the same thing. I can only imagine the stress another pregnancy can bring. But also wonderful to hear you had a positive outcome. It gives me a little bit of hope.

We had some wonderful support from the hospital and our bereavement midwife. It may be worth asking the hospital if they have any services like that available to you. Also sands were invaluable in the beginning.

@suze39 coincidence I have just found that thread and posted on it just before your post here! Have read all the thread and you all seem like an amazing group of ladies and the first people who really understand what I am going through. Some of the things other people have typed I could have typed myself.
