Hi all!
Partner & I decided to start TTC. I was on depo injection before (only had one injection as before that we suffered mmc). On depo I had 2 periods that appeared to be a regular cycle... however the 2nd one lasted about 2 weeks. It ended the day the depo was due to run out & so I wonder if the cycle was regular at all? Do I count what my Flo app is telling me to be day 1 or do I count day 1 as the day depo & period both ended?

I thought the first date of the cycle was day1 of a period. I wouldn't count those bleeds as proper periods tbh

Oh I think you're right! It's been so long since I've had a regular period that I totally forgot! Think we may have to way for first period after depo just to be sure!

1st day of your period is the first day of your new cycle
