Hi ladies,

In my first month of TTC (currently CD35, no AF and BFN (sigh!)) but even this first month has felt so long.

So those TTC or in the TWW, what are you doing to keep yourselves busy? Any ideas of things to do because if I clean my fridge or re arrange my dressing table one more time I’m going to go mad! 🙈

I’m considering painting my bedroom tomorrow just for something to do! Xxx

When I first started TTC in December last year the crazy took hold pretty tight! I had a friend who was pregnant at the time and her baby had a heart problem so every time I found myself thinking about TTC I replaced the thoughts with healing thoughts for her baba instead. It seemed to help a bit at the time. (Baby is a few months old now and has had her heart op and is doing really well!)
I also started a TTC journal so I could write down my thoughts and symptoms. I feel like once they're on paper it helps your brain to stop obsessing about them.

I also do a lot of crafts, like knitting, crochet, sewing... That's also a good distraction.
Planning a trip or event would also be a good distraction but I haven't tried that yet. Smile
